75. Traffic Regulations in the Unincorporated Communities of Altadena,\nAzusa, Covina (Charter Oak), Duarte, La Crescenta-Montrose, Lake\nLos Angeles, Stevenson Ranch, and Sun Village\nRecommendation: Adopt and/or rescind traffic regulation orders to support\ntraffic safety, enhance traffic flow, facilitate street sweeping services,\nfacilitate passenger loading at a school, and encourage parking turnover in\nthe unincorporated communities of Altadena, Azusa, Covina (Charter Oak),\nDuarte, La Crescenta-Montrose, Lake Los Angeles, Stevenson Ranch, and\nSun Village (5); and find that adopting and/or rescinding traffic regulation\norders and posting or removing the corresponding regulatory and advisory\nsignage are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Department of Public Works) ADOPT (24-3686)
