City of Artesia Revolving Grant Fund\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Authorize the\nExecutive Director of the Los Angeles County Development Authority to\nexecute an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) Reimbursable Contract (CDBG Contract) between the County and\nthe City of Artesia (City), to be effective through June 30, 2025, and\nproviding additional CDBG funds from the Revolving Grant Fund to the City\nfor a total amount of $362,895 for the City's Sidewalk and ADA Compliant\nImprovements Project, following execution by all parties; and find that\napproval of the amendment to the CDBG Contract is not subject to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
