San Gabriel River Grant of Easement\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood\nControl District (District), find that the grant of easement for overhead\nelectrical supply systems and appurtenances affecting Parcel 371GE.1\nrelated to the San Gabriel River, in the City of Irwindale (1), and the\nsubsequent use of said easement, will not interfere with the use of the\naffected parcel for any purposes of the District; approve the grant of\neasement for overhead electrical supply systems and appurtenances\naffecting Parcel 371GE.1 related to the San Gabriel River, in the City of\nIrwindale, from the District to Southern California Edison Company;\nauthorize the Chief Engineer of the District to execute the easement\ndocument and authorize delivery to Southern California Edison Company;\nand find that the Nile/Tigris 12kv Circuit project is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
