3-D. FY 2022-2023 MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing the FY 2022-2023 Mid-Year Financial Report;\n(2) Authorizing the increase of Committed Catastrophic-Event by up to $500 thousand from\n$4.84 million to up to $5.34 million;\n(3) Authorizing an additional budget appropriation of $1,088,719 from American Rescue Plan\nAct, Water and Sewer funds; and\n(4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
