Devil’s Punchbowl Nature Center Replacement Planning Project Final\nEnvironmental Impact Report\nRecommendation: Certify that the Final Environmental Impact Report\n(FEIR) for the Devil’s Punchbowl Nature Center Replacement Planning\nProject (Project), located at 28000 Devil's Punchbowl Road in Pearblossom\n(5), has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental\nQuality Act and reflects the independent judgment and analysis of the\nCounty; find that the Board has reviewed and considered the information\ncontained in the FEIR prior to approving the Project; adopt the Mitigation\nMonitoring Program (MMP), finding that the MMP is adequately designed to\nensure compliance with the mitigation measures during Project\nimplementation; and determine that the significant adverse effects of the\nProject have either been reduced to an acceptable level or are outweighed\nby the specific overriding considerations of the Project, as outlined in the\nEnvironmental Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding\nConsiderations, which findings and statement are adopted and incorporated\nby reference.
