Pomona Unified School District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the Pomona Unified School District (District): Adopt a\nresolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to\npay the principal of, and interest on, the District’s 2024 Refunding General\nObligation Bonds (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$33,000,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to place on the 2024-25 tax\nroll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of\nthe debt service schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the\nAuditor-Controller by the District following the sale of the Bonds.
