119. Garvey School District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the Garvey School District (District): Adopt a resolution\nauthorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the\nprincipal of, and interest on, the District’s General Obligation Bonds,\nElection of 2024, Series A (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to\nexceed $15,000,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to place on the\n2024-25 tax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the\nrequirements of the debt service schedule for the Bonds that will be\nprovided to the Auditor-Controller by the District following the sale of the\nBonds.
