Online Auctions of Tax Defaulted Property Services Contract\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to sign a contract with\nGovEase Auction, LLC, for the provision of Online Auctions of Tax\nDefaulted Property Services to the Department of Treasurer and Tax\nCollector commencing on September 19, 2024, or upon Board approval,\nwhichever is later, for a three-year term at no Net County Cost; authorize\nthe Treasurer and Tax Collector to take the following actions: (Treasurer\nand Tax Collector) APPROVE (NOTE: The Chief Information Officer\nrecommends approve of this item.)\nExecute amendments to the contract to exercise the optional three\none-year and six month-to-month extension options, add, delete,\nand/or revise certain terms and conditions as mandated by Federal,\nor State, or local law or regulation, or as required by the Board, which\nare not part of the Statement of Work (SOW);\nModify the terms that affect the SOW, but do not materially alter the\ncontract, as required by the Board; and\nExecute applicable contract amendments in the event an entity\nacquires the original contracting entity, the original contracting entity\nmerges, or the original contracting entity otherwise undergoes a\ncorporate action which results in ownership change.
