Request of Councilmember Davis to direct the City Attorney, City Manager, and City Clerk to prepare\nan amendment to the Council Rules that will provide that all 16 items must be approved by the City\nAttorney as legal and the City Manager as feasible (i.e., reasonably possible given available\nresources) prior to placing an item on the Council agenda.
