C.\nApproval of Agreement with Evan Brooks Associates, Inc. to Provide Grant Research, Writing, and\nAdministration Services\n1) Authorize the City Manager to approve a Two-year Professional Services Agreement with Evan\nBrooks Associates, Inc. with an optional additional year, in an amount not to exceed $180,000 for\ngrant research, writing, and administration services. 2) Approve a fiscal year 2024/25 budget\namendment not to exceed $60,000 in the City Manager/City Clerk Professional Expenses account\n(100-1010-7965).
