L. Consideration and possible action to award a Public Works Agreement to Stay\nGreen, Inc. for landscape maintenance and related services for Fiscal Year\n2024-25 through 2028-29. (Hernandez)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a Public Works Agreement to Stay Green Inc. for\nlandscape maintenance and related services for Fiscal Year 2024-25 through\n2028-29 as follows: a. In the amount of $1,766,250 for October 1, 2024\nthrough June 30, 2025 for October 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; b. In the\namount of $2,211,000 plus cumulative annual consumer price index (CPI)\nincreases for Fiscal Years 2025-26 through 2028-29; c. A 10% annual\ncontingency after application of CPI increase; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and\nCity Clerk to execute the agreement, in forms approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
