2.J. AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES WITH CUMMING\nMANAGEMENT GROUP, RAIMI + ASSOCIATES, AND RINCON\nCONSULTING FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND CLIMATE ACTION\nCONSULTING [J. KEHO, F. CONTRERAS, C. SHEN]:\nThe City Council will consider approval for agreements for services\nwith Cumming Management Group, Raimi + Associates, and\nRincon Consulting to perform sustainability and climate action\nconsulting.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive an update regarding an\nauthorized pool of qualified sustainability and climate action\nconsultants that will be issued Agreements for Service; 2) Approve\nagreements for services with: a. Cumming Management Group in\nthe amount of $225,000, set to expire June 30, 2025, b. Raimi +\nAssociates in the amount of $225,000, set to expire June 30, 2025,\nc. Rincon Consulting in the amount of $225,000, set to expire June\n30, 2025; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute all the\nAgreements for Service.\nSTAFF REPORT
