C. Request of Mayor Brock that the City Manager return to the City Council with the resources needed,\ntradeoffs and budget reallocations necessary to address the City’s growing backlog of damaged\nstreet and pedestrian pathway lights. The current backlog consists of approximately 270 street and\npedestrian pathway lights.
