2.M. EXCHANGE AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF FEDERAL\nSURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM-LOCAL AND\nHIGHWAY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAMS FUNDS [S.\nCAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR, H. COLLINS, L. QUIJANO, A. RUIZ]:\nThe City Council will consider the approval of an agreement\nbetween the City and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan\nTransportation Authority (LACMTA) to exchange Federal Surface\nTransportation Program (STPL) and Highway Infrastructure\nProgram (HIP) Federal Funds for Local Funds.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Authorize the City Manager to sign an\nExchange Agreement between the City of West Hollywood and the\nLos Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority for\nassignment of Federal Surface Transportation Program and\nHighway Infrastructure Program - Local Funds; and 2) Authorize\nthe Director of Finance and Technology Services, to increase\nbudgeted revenues and expenditures in the Special Grants Fund,\nby $377,103.\nSTAFF REPORT
