2.L. AWARD OF AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE\nHOLLOWAY MOTEL HOMEKEY TRANSITIONAL HOUSING\nPROJECT [S. CAMPBELL, H. COLLINS, B. LEAGUE]:\nThe City Council will consider the award of an Agreement to John\nKaliski Architects, to provide Design Services for the Holloway\nMotel Homekey Transitional Housing Project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement with John Kaliski\nArchitects, to provide design services for the Homekey Project:\nRehabilitation of the Holloway Motel for Transitional Housing in the\namount of $323,758.28 and include a 20% contingency for related\nservices in the amount of $64,751.66 for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $388,509.94; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all documents incident to the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
