The term of this Agreement\nis for a five-year period for an amount not to exceed $8,200,000. The\nAgreement is the result of a Request for Sole Source Proposal No. 90758.\nThis Agreement will expire in September of 2029.\nDetermine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
