2.K. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES\nWITH KILTER LA FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES [J.\nSCHARE, J. SIMPSON, B. SAFIKHANI, S. JACKSON]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Kilter LA for graphic design services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement for Services with Kilter LA for graphic design services to\nincrease the amount of the agreement by $35,000 for each of three\nfiscal years, FY22-23, FY23-24, and FY24-25, for a three-year not-\nto-exceed total contract amount of $210,000; and 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nagreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
