2.I. AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES WITH HARRIS & ASSOCIATES,\nHR&A ADVISORS, INC., RINCON CONSULTANTS, INC., AND\nTHE HOUSING WORKSHOP CONSULTING SERVICES FOR\nHOUSING ELEMENT IMPLEMENTATION [J. KEHO, F.\nCONTRERAS, T. FARRIS]:\nThe City Council will consider approval of agreements for service\nwith four housing consultants: Harris & Associates, HR&A Advisors,\nInc., Rincon Consultants, Inc., and The Housing Workshop, to\nassist in the implementation of various programs included in the 6th\nCycle Housing Element.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive an update regarding an\nauthorized pool of qualified housing consultants that will be issued\nAgreements for Services; 2) Approve the agreements for services\nwith: a. Harris & Associates in the amount of $225,000\n($75,000/year), set to expire June 30, 2026, b. HR&A Advisors, Inc.\nin the amount of $225,000 ($75,000/year), set to expire June 30,\n2026, c. Rincon Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $225,000\n($75,000/year), set to expire June 30, 2026, d. The Housing\nWorkshop in the amount of $225,000 ($75,000/year), set to expire\nJune 30, 2026; and 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute all the Agreements for Service.\nSTAFF REPORT
