4.D. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH TOOLE DESIGN GROUP\nFOR CONSULTING SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENT OF\nPERMITTING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERMANENT\nDOCKLESS MICRO-MOBILITY PROGRAM [S. CONTRERAS]:\nThe City Council will consider approving an Agreement for Services\nwith Toole Design Group for consulting services and developing\npermitting requirements for the permanent dockless micro-mobility\nprogram.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Agreement for Services\nwith Toole Design Group for consulting services in the amount of\n$116,000; 2) Extend the micro-mobility pilot through October 31,\n2023, and start the permanent program on September 1, 2023; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 4.D. - ATTACHMENT A
