APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS\nRELATED TO HOMELAND SECURITY TRAINING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 URBAN AREAS\nSECURITY INITIATIVE (UASI) GRANT\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the City of Santa\nAna for reimbursement of costs related to Homeland Security training as outlined in the Fiscal Year\n2023 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) grant from September 1, 2023, through May 31, 2026.
