12. ACCEPT AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR PUBLIC STREET\nAND SIDEWALK PURPOSES ALONG THE FRONTAGE OF THE DW\nDIAMOND BAR, LLC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT 9024 LLOYD\nPLACE [H. COLLINS. J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider accepting an easement and right\nof way for street and sidewalk purposes along the frontage of the DW\nDiamond Bar, LLC development project located at 9024 Lloyd Place.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-____: “A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD\nACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC SIDEWALK AND\nPARKWAY PURPOSES AT 9024 LLOYD PLACE IN THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD”; and 2) Direct the City Clerk to submit a certified copy of\nResolution No. 24-____, as well as the Easement in Exhibit A of Attachment\nA for recordation by the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
