GARLAND]:\nSUBJECT: The Department of Public Works is providing a report regarding\nthe inquiry of a proposed traffic signal located at the northern leg approach\nof the offset intersections of Fountain Avenue and Poinsettia Place.\nRECOMMENDATION: Based on the analysis findings, direct staff to not\ninstall a new traffic signal at the northern leg approach of the offset\nintersections of Fountain Avenue and Poinsettia Place (western\nintersection).
