GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider entering into an Interagency\nMemorandum of Understanding with LA County MTA for Regional\nIntegration of Intelligent Transportation Systems.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve entering into an Interagency\nMemorandum of Understanding with LA County MTA for Regional\nIntegration of Intelligent Transportation Systems; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
