16. AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nCROSSTOWN ELECTRICAL & DATA, INC FOR ON-CALL STREET\nLIGHTING MAINTENANCE SERVICES [H. COLLINS. J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. for on-call street lighting\nmaintenance services to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the\nAgreement.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for\nServices with Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. to increase the amount of the\nagreement by $300,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,020,000; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to\nthe Agreement.
