2. AWARD OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR\nTHE HART PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT [J. ROCCO, S.\nCAMPBELL, R. ABRAMSON, H. COLLINS, M. BARKER]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider awarding an Agreement to Stoss,\nInc., to provide professional design and engineering services for the Hart\nPark Improvements Project consisting of disability upgrades and dog park\nimprovements.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with Stoss,\nInc. to provide professional design and engineering services for the Hart\nPark Improvements Project in the amount of $359,295 and include a 22%\ncontingency for related services in the amount of $80,705 for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $440,000; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee\nto execute all documents incident to the Agreement.
