1. AWARD OF EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT FOR THE\nDEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING AT 1047 AND 1057 N.\nCRESCENT HEIGHTS BOULEVARD [S. CAMPBELL, B. LEAGUE, A.\nBARTLE]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider the award of an Exclusive\nNegotiation Agreement (ENA) to the Community Corporation of Santa Monica\nto develop a 100 percent affordable housing project at 1047 and 1057 N.\nCrescent Heights Boulevard.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\nan Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA), in substantially the form\nattached, with Community Corporation of Santa Monica to develop an\naffordable housing project located at 1047 and 1057 N. Crescent Heights\nBoulevard; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.
