18. AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nKABBARA ENGINEERING FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN\nDISRICT PHASE 2 STREETSCAPE PROJECT [H. COLLINS. J.\nGILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Kabbara Engineering for professional engineering design\nservices to modify the scope of services, increase the not-to-exceed amount,\nand extend the term.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve Amendment No. 8 to the Agreement for\nServices with Kabbara Engineering to modify the scope of services, extend\nthe term of the agreement to June 30, 2028, and increase the amount of the\nAgreement by $355,888, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,836,352; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to\nthe Agreement.
