4.A. UPATE TO THE DRAG LAUREATE PROGRAM [J. ROCCO, T.\nCOYNE, R. EHEMANN]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the Drag Laureate\nProgram, with proposed changes, and directing staff to reissue the\napplication for the program.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve staff proposed changes to the\nDrag Laureate Program honorarium; 2) Direct staff to reissue the\napplication for the program; 3) Authorize the Director of Finance &\nTechnology Services to allocate $25,000 ($12,500 for the\nhonorarium, $2,500 for an event stipend, and $10,000 for program\nmarketing) from General Fund Reserves to account number 100-3-\n10-12-533059, Arts & Culture Programs, for costs associated with\nthe Drag Laureate Program; and 4) Direct staff to return to City\nCouncil with an assessment of the program in fall 2024 with\nrecommendations for updates if necessary.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 4.A. - ATTACHMENT A\nITEM 4.A. - ATTACHMENT B
