Approve plans and specifications for Independence Park Pool Area Perimeter Walls\nand Security Fencing Project.\n2. Award $206,227 construction contract to DASH Construction Company, Inc. for\nIndependence Park Pool Area Perimeter Walls and Security Fencing Project and\nauthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and administer contract, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
