4.F. UPDATE ON THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THE CITY’S\nPROCLAIMED LOCAL EMERGENCY [D. WILSON, L. LANGER,\nJ. JIMENEZ, M. CROWDER, J.KEHO, B.GALAN]:\nThe City Council will receive an update on the COVID-19 pandemic\nand the City’s proclaimed local emergency and provide direction on\nwhen to lift the local state of emergency and wind down any\noutstanding COVID-related activities and programs.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Direct Staff to return with a resolution on\nMarch 20, 2023 to lift the local state of emergency on March 31,\n2023, and wind down any outstanding COVID-related activities and\nprograms. 2) Continue implementation of the seismic program and\nestablish new compliance deadlines for property owners of Soft-\nWeak-Open Face buildings.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 4.F. - ATTACHMENT A
