USA Portola\nProperties, LLC (“Baldwin”); b. Lennar Homes (“Lennar”); c. Shea Homes\n(“Shea”); d. Toll Brothers West, Inc. (“Toll Brothers”). 2. Find that Baldwin,\nLennar, Shea, and Toll Brothers are each in good faith compliance with its\nrespective Development Agreements.
