5. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE STREET SIDEWALK REPAIR AND\nREPLACEMENT PROJECT OPS-2023-01\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve contract documents for Street\nSidewalk Repair and Replacement Project OPS-2023-01. 2. Find the\napparent low bidder, We R Builders, Inc., nonresponsive and accept their\nrequest for a bid withdrawal. 3. Adopt Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA,\nAMENDING THE 2023-2025 OPERATING BUDGET; AMENDING\nAPPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25.” 4. Award a contract in\nthe amount of $206,587.50 to the second lowest bidder, Cheloletty\nEngineering, Inc. 5. Reject all other bids received and authorize return of\nthe bid bonds upon receipt of the executed contract documents from\nCheloletty Engineering, Inc. 6. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City\nClerk to attest the contract with Cheloletty Engineering, Inc.
