7. Award of Construction Contract to WGJ Enterprises, Inc. dba PCI for the\nBicycle Green Zone Pilot Project, Cash Contract No. 23-16\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Construction Contract for the Bicycle Green Zone Pilot Project,\nCash Contract No. 23-16 to WGJ Enterprises, Inc. dba PCI in the amount\nof $254,057;\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change\norders in an amount not to exceed 20% of the contract for $50,811, for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $304,868, if needed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Contract for the\nBicycle Green Zone Pilot Project, Cash Contract No. 23-16 to WGJ\nEnterprises, Inc. dba PCI, subject to the City Attorney making non-\nsubstantive changes; and,\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute the Notice of\nCompletion at the conclusion of construction.
