Approve Cooperative Agreement between the California Department of\nTransportation and the City of Laguna Niguel for the Crown Valley Parkway\nand Moulton Parkway Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Projects;\nand,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute future amendments to the\nagreement, subject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.
