3. Deferred Development Impact Fees Agreement with Snider 99 - 117\nInvestments LLC, for PODs Project, Development Permit Number 22-\n4, 654640 19th Avenue\nDaniel Porras, Assistant City Manager\nRecommendation:\n1) Consider a request from Snider Investments LLC(Developer) to enter\ninto a Deferred Development Impact Fee Agreement with Attached Lien\nAgreement (“Agreement”), which would allow the Developer to defer the\ndevelopment impact fees (“DIFs”) in the amount of $292,200.00, and\nmake $25,000.00 monthly payment until paid in full; and\n2) Should the City Council approve the Developer’s request to defer the\nDIFs and enter into the Agreement, authorize the City Manager to\nnegotiate and execute the Agreement.\nStaff Report - SR-24-197 - Pdf
