3) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTIONS ESTABLISHING NEW JOB SPECIFICATIONS IN THE\nPUBLIC WORKS AND RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENTS AND\nAMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 SALARY PLAN AND TABLE OF ORGANIZATION\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8217 establishing new specifications for the following job\nclassifications: Senior Park Maintenance Specialist, Senior Sewer Worker, Senior Tree\nCare Specialist, Sewer Worker, and Social Services Coordinator;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8218 amending the Salary Plan to reflect the correct job titles and\npay;\nc. Adopt Resolution No. 8219 amending the Table of Organization to reflect the correct job\ntitles; and\nd. Authorize the City Manager to initiate the recruitment process for the new job\nclassifications, make non-substantive edits, and execute all related documents as\nnecessary.
