5. 24-54883 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the\nCitywide Activities Department by $5,000, to return funds to the Sixth Council\nDistrict One-time District Priority Funds, as a technical correction for funding\nintended to come from the Second Council District One-time District Priority Funds\nin the amount of $2,500 and Seventh Council District One-time District Priority\nFunds in the amount of $2,500 for the approved action on November 14, 2023 for\nthe following purpose:\n• $500 of Sixth Council District One-time District Priority Funds to Community\nPartners for ÓRALE to support their 2023 Liberation Walk & Run;\n• $2,500 of Sixth Council District One-time District Priority Funds to Grace\nMemorial Baptist Church to support their Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Interfaith\nBreakfast;\n• $2,500 of Second Council District One-time District Priority Funds to Grace\nMemorial Baptist Church to support their Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Interfaith\nBreakfast;\n• $2,500 of Seventh Council District One-time District Priority Funds to Grace\nMemorial Baptist Church to support their Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Interfaith\nBreakfast; and\nDecrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities\nDepartment by $5,000 of which $2,500 in Second Council District One-time Priority\nFunds and $2,500 in Seventh Council District One-time Priority Funds will offset a\ntransfer to the City Manager Department.\nOffice or Department: Suely Saro, Councilwoman, Sixth District; Cindy Allen,\nVice Mayor, Second District; Roberto Uranga,\nCouncilmember, Seventh District\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
