Approve the Second Amendment to the Purchase and Sale\nAgreement (Attachment A) for the real property located at 8420\nAtlantic Avenue, 4819 Patata Street (APN Nos. 6224-034-900, -901, -\n902, -903) in Cudahy, California (“Property”), and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute all related documents; and\n2. Determine that the Project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption).
