1. 24-54831 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City\nManager Department by $11,200, offset by the Fifth Council District One-Time\nPriority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide\ncontributions of:\n• $1,200 to the Long Beach City College Foundation to support their Hall of\nFame;\n• $5,000 to Historical Society of LB to support their Annual Cemetery Tour;\n• $3,000 to Cal Heights Neighborhood Association to support their Centennial\nBlock Party;\n• $1,000 to Friends of Long Beach Animals to support their Annual Gala;\n• $1,000 to the California Conference for Equality and Justice to support their\nAnnual Humanitarian Award Event; and\nDecrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities\nDepartment by $11,200, to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
