Approve Master Service Agreement No. 24S377 for $899,982 with Flock Group Inc.\nfor the replacement of the citywide public safety camera system utilizing the BSCC\ngrant funds for a term of three years.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
