PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF UPDATED RECREATION\nFEES AND CHANGES TO RECREATION POLICIES RELATED TO COST\nRECOVERY AND FACILITY USE\nRecommendation: Conduct a public hearing and adopt “A Resolution of the City\nCouncil of the City of Coronado, California, adopting a revised Recreation Fee\nSchedule, a cost recovery goal for the Recreation Department of 40% to 60%, and\nan updated Recreation Facility Use Policy,” and approve program classification\ntiers, program discounts for residents and seniors (55+), annual adjustments to the\nRecreation Fee Schedule based on Consumer Price Index with a re­evaluation of\nall fees every 5 years, and a pilot program to operate the skate park with\nintermittent supervision.
