REQUEST FOR A MAJOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE\nSHARED USE OF A SCHOOL IN AN EXISTING RELIGIOUS ASSEMBLY\nBUILDING, AND DETERMINATION THAT THE PROJECT IS\nCATEGORICALLY EXEMPT UNDER CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL\nQUALITY ACT GUIDELINES SECTION 15303(C) FOR THE PROPERTY\nLOCATED AT 1123 TENTH STREET (PC 2023­07)\nRecommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving the Major Special Use Permit at\n1123 Tenth Street, including the findings and conditions, and determine that the\nproject is categorically exempt under Class 3 of the California Environmental\nQuality Act Guidelines Section 15303 (c) (New Construction or Conversion of\nSmall Structures).
