INITIATION OF CODE AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY’S MUNICIPAL\nCODE TO UPDATE CHAPTERS 9.240 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND\n9.300 DENSITY BONUS TO INCLUDE REQUIRED FINDINGS AND\nAPPROVAL PROCESSES RELATED TO SUPPORTIVE HOUSING\nDEVELOPMENT AND APPROVAL AUTHORITIES RELATED TO\nDENSITY BONUS PROJECTS\nRequested Action: That the City Council initiate an amendment to the General\nProvisions chapter to include requirements related to supportive housing\ndevelopment as well as an amendment to the Density Bonus chapter related to the\nreview process.
