K. AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nJURUPA VALLEY AND PATH OF LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. FOR\nADMINISTRATION OF THE CRISIS STABILIZATION HOUSING\nPROGRAM\nRequested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement by and between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and Path of Life Ministries, Inc. for administration of the\nCrisis Stabilization Units for an amount not to exceed $72,000 and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the Agreement in substantially the form and format\nattached to the staff report as approved by the City Attorney.
