Requested Action: That the City Council approve an LS-1 Option E\nauthorization with Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace high\npressure sodium vapor (HPSV) street lights with light-emitting diode (LED)\nstreet lights; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to sign the Authorization as\nshown as Attachment A to the staff report.
