COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A MOTION TO WAIVE THE READING OF\nTHE TEXT OF ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS INCLUDED IN\nTHE AGENDA\nRequested Action: That the City Council waive the reading of the title and text of\nall ordinances and resolutions included in the agenda. In accordance with\nGovernment Code Section 34934, the title of each ordinance is included on the\npublished agenda and a copy of the full ordinance has been available to the public\nonline on the City’s website and will be available in print at the meeting prior to the\nintroduction or passage of the ordinance.
