Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $500,000\n(Non-General Fund: Approximately $250,000 Annually).\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council authorize a purchase order\nwith Toter, LLC of Statesville, NC for an amount not-to-exceed of $500,000 ($250,000\nannually) to provide curbside refuse, recycling, and organic waste bins on an as needed\nbasis for a two (2) year period beginning April 11, 2023 and ending April 10, 2025 as a\ncooperative purchase with Sourcewell.
