APPROVAL AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH VIDIFLO, LLC FOR\nAUDIO-VISUAL MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate an additional $25,000 in\nERF funding to cover the increased cost in FY 2024-25 for the new\nCablecast server unit and unanticipated equipment/support needs;\nand 2) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Vidiflo for\nthe increased scope and compensation associated with the\npurchase and installation of the new Cablecast server unit and\nunanticipated equipment/system needs up to $22,000.
