10. 23-0010 Recommendation to find that all requirements of the final parcel map\nfor the construction of two towers, a 242-unit north tower at 330 East\n3rd Street, and 190 unit south mid-rise tower at 333 East Broadway,\ntotaling 432 residential dwelling units, in addition to reconstruction of\nthe historic Acres of Books building at 240 Long Beach Boulevard,\nhave been met; approve the final parcel map for Parcel Map No.\n82965; and, showing a 10 foot width easement for public utility\nfacilities, limited height easement and surface easement for public\naccess, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute subdivision\nagreements; and\nDetermine that the development project is within the scope of the\npreviously certified Downtown Plan PEIR (State Clearinghouse No.\n2009071006) and the Broadway Block Project Downtown Plan\nEnvironmental Impact Report (EIR) Addendum, and that no further\nenvironmental analysis is needed.
