CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MICHAEL BAKER INTERNATIONAL FOR APPROVAL\nOF A LABOR COMPLIANCE SUBCONSULTANT TO EXISTING CDBG PROGRAM\nADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES\nApproval of a Seventh Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Michael Baker\nInternational for authorization to use a Labor Compliance Subconsultant for existing CDBG\nprogram administrative services.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution; and\n2. Authorize and direct the City Manager to execute a Seventh Amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement between the City and Michael Baker International for approval of use of\na Labor Compliance subconsultant to existing CDBG program administrative services.
